A practical agreement for using RecehKu.

By using RecehKu, you agree to these terms. You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live. If you use RecehKu for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your sign-in details, and activity performed through your account. Upload only documents and personal data you are allowed to use.

RecehKu helps read, organize, review, and analyze financial documents and records. It is not a bank, broker, payment service, accountant, lawyer, tax adviser, or financial adviser. It does not hold funds, send payments, or place trades.

Document extraction, categorization, analytics, and AI-generated explanations may be incomplete or wrong. Review important results against the original source before making a decision or meeting a reporting obligation.

You retain ownership of the documents, records, and other content you provide. You grant RecehKu the limited permission needed to host, copy, read, transform, and display that content to operate, secure, support, and improve the service for you.

You confirm that your content does not violate another person’s rights or applicable law. How content is handled is described on the Data processing page.

RecehKu may offer an optional, default-on data-contribution setting for product analytics, extraction evaluation, synthetic-data creation, and future RecehKu model development. This choice is separate from accepting these Terms and can be turned off during registration, after registration, or in Settings without reducing ordinary product access.

Uploaded PDFs and images are excluded. Only selected structured fields may enter a separate staging collection after identifiers, names, free text, document links, and account or participant details are removed; dates and amounts are transformed. RecehKu keeps a restricted pseudonymous link only while needed to enforce retention and opt-out. Further details and limits are in the Data Processing Notice.

Where applicable law permits, RecehKu may rely on documented legitimate interests for proportionate service analytics and improvement; where consent or another basis is required, RecehKu will apply that requirement. A setting shown in the product does not waive rights provided by applicable law.

Do not use RecehKu to break the law, invade privacy, upload malicious files, bypass access or usage limits, interfere with the service, or probe another person’s space.

Plans may have limits on uploads, AI use, collaboration, or other features. Any paid price, billing interval, tax, renewal, and cancellation terms shown before purchase become part of this agreement. Failed work must not consume a metered allowance unless it produced the usable result promised.

RecehKu may change, suspend, or discontinue a feature to maintain security, comply with law, or operate the service. When practical, material changes will be explained before they affect you.

You may stop using the service at any time and use available controls to remove content. RecehKu may restrict or end access for serious or repeated violations, security risk, non-payment, or legal requirements. Limited records may be retained where needed for fraud prevention, financial integrity, recovery, or legal duties.

RecehKu is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, PT. Duta Agung Udvaya is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made without checking the underlying financial evidence. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unchanged.

These terms may be updated as the service or law changes. The date above will change, and material updates will be communicated through the service when appropriate. Continuing to use RecehKu after an update means you accept the revised terms.
